ENgrained
This project comprised of a restaurant, bar, & brewery, is nearly 9000 square feet. It uses many eco materials including acid-etched concrete floors, recycled resin panels, & reclaimed barn wood.
The program consists of a waiting/host area, bar/lounge, serving tank area, open and private dining, large patio, brewery open for tours, office/storage rooms, bathrooms, and semi-open commercial kitchen.
The name Engrained is the concept for the design & owners’ philosophy that materials used in the building, systems, ingredients, etc. should all be thought of as a cohesive & natural whole.
